The relationship creates an international operating framework across Canada, Central America, South America, Southeast Asia and West Africa, combining Lottery.com International’s gaming technology, digital brands, affiliate and media infrastructure with Eva Live’s artificial intelligence, software development, advertising technology, analytics and customer-acquisition capabilities.
IGA has access, as necessary for its performance, to Lottery.com International technologies including NEXUS and SPEKTRUM. Technology and intellectual property developed by IGA in performing its services remain owned by IGA unless otherwise agreed in writing.
